出展者プロフィール / Exhibitor Outline：The story begins in 1955, when some winemakers decide to meet under one and the same banner. Guided by the desire to put their terroir in light, they build together an independent and committed House: Beaumont des Crayères. The Maison Beaumont des Crayères is located in the town of Mardeuil, in the heart of the hills of the Marne Valley. Grown on chalky soil, the vineyard is mainly planted in Meunier, a grape variety around which it has developed a real know-how. Concerned to preserve the Champagne heritage, the House has long applied the principles of reasoned and sustainable viticulture. Each generation of winemakers is committed to respecting and protecting their soil, their vines and the environment.
