Maceration and fermentation in stainless steel tanks, at a temperature of 26ºc.

BARREL AGEING
4 months in French and American oak.

TASTING NOTES
On a visual phase, it shows a red cherry color with purple rim. It
provides us with aromas of several wild fruits (raspberries and
cherries) very well integrated with some spicy notes from the oak.
Honest on the palate, as we find its complexity of aromas and nice
freshness. Its medium body, makes it perfect for almost any situation.

Sourced from our vineyards in Castrillo de Duero, located on south-facing slopes. The soil has a clay-loam texture at an altitude of 820 meters. Limited yields.

BARREL AGEING
14 months in french and american oak.

TASTING NOTES
Visually, the wine exhibits an attractive cherry red color with high intensity. Expressive in the nose with a good complexity, red and black fruits aromas, liquorice, and some other sweet toasty notes that foresees the time the wine rested in barrel. Unctuous and full-bodied on the palate, and elegant at the same time. It shows some gentle and well ripen tannins followed by a lingering finish.
