It's recognized as one of the Grandes Pagos de España ("Grands Crus of Spain").

- This is a clean, aromatic, high quality white wine obtained by aging on lees during five months, undergoing weekly bâtonnage Velvety and silky, as well as with a good structure. In the mouth, it shows fruity notes of freshly cut hay, green apple and grapefruit, assembled with smoke and minerals hints characteristic of our estate, especially after a period of aging in the bottle.

- It spent up to five months on the lees, undergoing weekly bâtonnage, followed by another nine months in concrete eggs. It is a very mineral wine with notes of smoke, limestone and incense. Creamy, velvety and silky. Great volume and structure. Balanced acidity adds freshness and nerve the refreshing and concentrated palate lingers long on a yeasty character.
