Location of the vineyards: Aranda de Duero and Gumiel de Izán.
Altitude: 800 meters
Prefermentative cold maceration with skins at 5ºC during 2 hours. Then, musts are obtained through gravity run-off and this juice, very fruit-driven and concentrated because of the saigné method, undergoes its alcoholic fermentation at 11ºC with its own autochthonous yeast, which will preserve the authenticity of its varieties and terroirs. - ブドウ品種 / Grape Variety
